Bartlett
Located just 20 minutes northeast of downtown Memphis, Bartlett is a beautiful city with beautiful homes both new and old. Its citizens have a sense of roots and community. Collierville
Ten miles east of Memphis on Hwy. 72 is Collierville, Shelby County's fastest growing suburb. The Historic Town square, with gazebo, log cabin, trains, and depot, help it retain the feel of a small town. Collierville has the Harrell Performing Arts Theater, abundant new home construction, excellent schools, well maintained parks with many baseball, football, and soccer fields. Families from all over the US are moving to and calling Collierville a great place to live. You can retreat from the hustle and bustle to Collierville.

Cordova
Just east of Memphis and a bit to the north on Germantown Parkway, is Cordova, one of Memphis' fastest growing neighborhoods. Located in Cordova is Shelby Farms, Tennessee's largest urban park, with a family sailing lake, Agricenter, and Farmers market. In Cordova there is a variety of new home construction in all price ranges and styles, as well as abundant shopping at the new Wolfchase Galleria. There are several golf courses and beautiful lake front living. Cordova is known for its farms, flowers, and fellowship.

Germantown
Germantown touches the eastern border of Memphis on Poplar Avenue, Hwy. 72. With a population of 38,000 people, it is Tennessee's tenth largest city. Germantown prides itself on its executive homes, excellent schools, numerous parks and greenspaces. The ordinances regulating the cutting of trees and the erection of signs minimize visual clutter. Germantown is proud of its low crime rate and clean family atmosphere. Germantown is 96% residential, 4% commercial and has no industrial zoning. The annual Germantown Charity Horse Show and Germantown Festival are community traditions.

Lakeland
Lakeland is East of Bartlett on I- 40 and Hwy. 64, just past the New Wolfchase Galleria. Lakeland has no city taxes. Lakeland is a small city with two man-made lakes and lovely lakefront home sites, many with estate-sized lots. It has the area's only Factory Outlet Mall. It is a quiet, secluded residential area of old and new homes where trees abound. Lakeland is convenient to I- 40, shopping, and is just thirty minutes from downtown Memphis, the perfect place for convenience as well as that away from town feel.
